Kala Artist - The Birdwatchers

Kim Bjerga, Clark Holmes, and Andy Nufer are an acoustic group called The Birdwatchers that specializes in fun, heartwarming music featuring ukuleles, guitar, and intricate vocal harmonies. Their original tunes stray from typical love songs, instead broaching authentic topics like their hometown, an episode of Pokemon, and the antics of a family cat. Their first album, The Naked Waiters was recorded in 2019 in O’ahu, and is available on streaming platforms. The band is currently working on their second album in Utah. The Birdwatchers perform at a variety of events and venues, and have won several Battle of the Bands competitions. They especially enjoy performing and teaching at ukulele festivals and folk festivals, and have done so around the U.S and in Scotland, Austria, Canada, Tahiti and Australia. They strongly appreciate the sense of community (and the great fun) they receive from the world’s ukulele enthusiasts.
